Vrrroooom vrrroooom...........

Hello All,

A very quick post (while I nurse myself back to health) about a very interesting and different frame I got around to doing :)

Profile: A car lover's B'day, and he has a long name :D

So, I got to work. When I got this order, I had a very different idea in my mind. But when I aligned that idea on the frame, it just wouldn't work out properly. So, I had to abandon that and start afresh. And this is where I landed up! :)

Composite element flower petal tutorial

Dear All,

A couple of days ago, while working on a project, one of my students and I made this flower. It is a delightfully simple flower and here goes the tutorial for the same....... please note that we don't own the design. I am merely posting the tutorial because I was asked to....

The colours used are: White, dark pink, light pink and lavender

Contrast Veined Combed Leaf Tutorial

Dear All,

I got so many questions regarding the leaf I quilled (which is a small part of a much bigger project) that I decided to sit down and make a video of the same. I apologize for all the background noise :) [Sonia, I will upload the snapshots very soon] :) The original of this leaf was conceptualized by Anastasia, I am merely posting a tutorial for a variation of that :)

The leaf looks like this:

And here is the video for the leaf :)

Do try it out, I found it so much fun :)
